Shipping and returns

We ship to all countries in the EU.

Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg (BENELUX).

We will charge you a shipping contribution of € 60,00 (inclusive of VAT) for Shipments within the Benelux.
Our frames have a weight between 10 and 35 kgs, so it is not just something we can put a stamp on and send out.
Once you have placed your order, we will contact you and our Shipping agent to arrange shipment at your convenience.
Normally, shipments within the Benelux will take up to 5-8 working days.

EU

For other countries within the EU, all prices quoted on our website are excluding shipping costs.
Please contact us to get your quotes. Normally, we need 2-3 working days for this.
We use several forwarders and will always obtain the best and most price conscious quote for you.
Once you agree to the quote, you shall pay for the shipping costs, we will add these costs to you invoice.

Returns

In the unlikely event you do not like your purchase, you have of course the right to return your frame(s) within 14 days of receipt.

Please note our humiio frames are very carefully packed. Please unpack the frames with utmost attention and dedication by removing the professional applied bubble wrap plastic from the backside of the frame(s) with a knife. Please check your frame(s) as soon as possible for possible shortcomings.
Please make sure you keep the bubble wrap plastic and the blue foam U Profiles until you are sure you would like to keep the frame(s).

Please note you will need to pay the return charges, unless the frame(s) is/are damaged or in case we sent you the wrong frame(s), in that case of course we will pay for the return.

FAQ's

Shipping

  • How do I know that my frame(s) are ready for shipping?

    Our own forwarder will contact you by mail or phone to make an appointment for delivery to your home or office.

  • Do I get a tracking number?


    There is no need for a tracking number as our forwarder will contact you directly and the frame(s) will be delivered at the agreed day/time.

  • How do you package the goods?

    All or frames are shipped with bubble wrap.
    Every corner of the frame will have a heavy carton …. for extra enforcing and security.

  • What happens if the product is damaged?


    Be sure to check the goods for any damage when you receive the frame(s). Goods with visible external shipping damage should be claimed from us, you have to have the damage noted on your bill of lading from our forwarder in connection with the receipt. Please ask the driver to note the damage. If you would discover hidden defects / transport damages after opening the package, communicate this as soon as possible with our helpdesk.     At any transport damage please contact customerservice@humiio.com and attach the message with clear pictures of the damage and possibly damaged packaging. We are therefore grateful if you report the damage within 1-3 days.
