Be sure to check the goods for any damage when you receive the frame(s). Goods with visible external shipping damage should be claimed from us, you have to have the damage noted on your bill of lading from our forwarder in connection with the receipt. Please ask the driver to note the damage. If you would discover hidden defects / transport damages after opening the package, communicate this as soon as possible with our helpdesk. At any transport damage please contact [email protected] and attach the message with clear pictures of the damage and possibly damaged packaging. We are therefore grateful if you report the damage within 1-3 days.
